The partnership ecosystem

FUSE-IPS is an institute for professional studies with a portfolio of professional certificate programs, instructors and instructional-design capacity in leadership, organizational transformation and agility, project management, and emerging technologies. The partnership combines Morgan's brand, quality assurance and global network with FUSE-IPS's program development and delivery capacity.

• Designs, or adapts from its existing catalog, courses and certificate tracks to Morgan-GLII specifications and quality standards
• Delivers approved programs online, face-to-face at Morgan or at regional hubs, and in hybrid formats, using instructors approved by Morgan-GLII
• Provides qualified instructors, instructional designers and learner support
• Loads and maintains course content on EduSuite360; keeps gradebooks and attendance current
• Assesses learners and reports completions for certificate issuance by CCPS
• May co-develop and co-brand executive programs, publications and conference content, subject to Morgan co-branding guidelines
• Supports faculty exchange with Morgan-GLII programs

No program may be advertised or delivered under the Morgan name until approved by the Morgan Quality and Accreditation Committee. Morgan-GLII defines program requirements, approves instructors and materials, provides the brand and platform, and manages pricing, enrollment and certificate issuance.

Chairs the Quality and Accreditation Committee and is the sole issuer of Morgan-branded certificates of completion for non-credit programs delivered under the institute. CCPS is located at 308 McKeldin Center, Baltimore, MD 21251.

• Approves every program dossier before certificate eligibility — approves, approves with conditions, or declines
• Issues digital certificates with unique verification numbers
• Assigns CEU/PDH credit where applicable
• Maintains the learner completion register for employer verification
• May suspend issuance for any program that fails an audit, and revoke a certificate obtained through misconduct

Provides, hosts and supports the EduSuite360 platform as the technology backbone for every Morgan-GLII program worldwide, targeting 99.5% monthly uptime and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.

• EduTrack360 (SIS) — learner records, enrollment and cohorts, with completion data feeding CCPS certificate issuance
• EduLearn360 (LMS) — course delivery (self-paced, instructor-led, hybrid), assessments, gradebook, live-session integration
• EduContent360 — authoring and versioning of course content by FUSE-IPS, Morgan faculty and partners
• EduCustomer360 (CRM) — lead management, partner and institutional client management, marketing automation
• EduInfrastructure360 — hosting, security, backups, uptime monitoring, regional performance
• EduMarket360 (Phase 2 option) — public storefront for course discovery, registration and payment, including local payment gateways for African markets

Builds Morgan faculty, staff and leadership capacity in emerging technologies and global online pedagogy, and certifies faculty to teach in Morgan-GLII programs worldwide.

• Credential 300 Morgan faculty and staff in emerging technologies and innovative instruction by 2030 (Objective O5)
• Certify 25 Morgan faculty as Morgan-GLII global program instructors
• Produce collaborative scholarship on teaching and learning across borders, consistent with CIIS's mission
• Extend CIIS faculty-development offerings to partner-university faculty in Africa, the Middle East, South America and Asia through Morgan-GLII

A joint working group of the CIIS Director, the Morgan-GLII Program Director and one faculty representative per school meets monthly; progress is reported to the Steering Committee quarterly and to the Provost annually.
